I acknowledge that participating in or volunteering for Soul Sundays - nuphase involves physical activity and outdoor participation, which may carry inherent risks, including injury or illness. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I am medically fit, in good health, and capable of taking part in this event.

By registering, I certify that I am physically able to participate and agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and decisions made by event officials and organizers. I understand that the organizers reserve the right to deny or discontinue participation at any time for safety or operational reasons.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and general outdoor environment factors. All such risks are known to me and are accepted at my own responsibility.

I agree to behave responsibly and comply with all event rules and guidelines. I understand that prohibited items or activities, if any, will be communicated by the organizers and must be strictly followed.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Soul Sundays – nuphase, I, on behalf of myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive, release, and discharge Soul Sundays -nuphase,the Group of Runners of India, all collaborators, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, representatives, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including those resulting from negligence or carelessness.

I grant full permission to the organizers to use my photographs, videos, recordings, or any other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, documentation, or social media purposes without compensation.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Refunds may only be granted if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
